What We’re Looking For
- UK-registered Architect (ARB) with 5+ years’ post-Part 3 experience
- Proven background delivering listed building restorations, conservation-led developments, or luxury residential schemes
- Strong understanding of historic fabric, materials, and conservation principles
- Confident technical designer with excellent detailing and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and NBS
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK Planning Policy, Listed Building Consent, and Building Regulations
- Clear communicator, adept at client liaison, consultant coordination, and leading small project teams
- Conservation accreditation (AABC or RIBA SCA/CA) beneficial but not essential
