What We’re Looking For

  • UK-registered Architect (ARB) with 5+ years’ post-Part 3 experience
  • Proven background delivering listed building restorations, conservation-led developments, or luxury residential schemes
  • Strong understanding of historic fabric, materials, and conservation principles
  • Confident technical designer with excellent detailing and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and NBS
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UK Planning Policy, Listed Building Consent, and Building Regulations
  • Clear communicator, adept at client liaison, consultant coordination, and leading small project teams
  • Conservation accreditation (AABC or RIBA SCA/CA) beneficial but not essential
