Overview

We are seeking a talented Senior Architect to join an established international design practice with decades of heritage and a pipeline of multi‑sector projects across the UK and internationally. With a thriving London studio and global offices, there is immediate opportunity to contribute to ambitious, transformative schemes. The practice is seeking an experienced professional ready to lead major commercial developments and to shape complex projects from concept to completion. This is a design‑focused role that prioritises sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of large-scale commercial development projects, particularly through RIBA stages 3–5.
  • Take ownership of project packages and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to maintain design integrity.
  • Prepare and coordinate detailed construction documents, specifications, and schedules through all project stages.
  • Represent the practice externally in client meetings, presentations, and ongoing relationships.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, growth‑oriented studio culture.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of codes, regulations, and contract requirements to complex design challenges.
  • Coordinate material, product, and system selections with performance and sustainability in mind.
  • Lead project documentation development and ensure quality delivery of technical drawings and specifications.

Skills & Experience

  • RIBA/ARB registered Architect, with proven UK commercial project experience (essential).
  • International project experience is valued but not required.
  • Excellent Revit skills (essential).
  • Experience delivering projects from RIBA Stage 3 onwards.
  • Ability to balance ambitious design with technical precision and buildability.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence leading client and consultant interactions.
  • Leadership mindset — comfortable mentoring others and collaborating across teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and visualisation tools (V-Ray/Enscape preferred).
