Our AJ100 client are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior/Associate Architect with strong technical capabilities to join their growing central London team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects across commercial office, fit-out, residential, mixed-use and industrial sectors and play an integral role in the mentorship and growth of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from early concept through delivery, acting as the main client and contractor contact.
• Provide robust technical solutions.
• Support the project team by assisting in the production of construction drawings.
• Mentor and support junior team members on a daily basis.
• Ensure technical excellence and compliance with UK Building Regulations.

About You

• Proven project leadership on commercial projects.
• ARB Registration or the equivalent.
• Strong technical deeps and deep construction knowledge.
• Experience working on commercial projects.
• Experience mentoring and supporting junior team members.
• Confident communicator with excellent collaboration and mentoring abilities.
• Committed to high-quality design, detail, and professional accountability.
