As the projects continue to come in for this buoyant architectural consultancy in their specialism of housing they are looking to add a Senior Tech to the talented ranks'. The office was set up 12 years ago and has 20 staff members across design, planning and technical who work with a wide range of clients.

Responsibilities

• Taking control of bespoke, affordable and private housing developments 'post planning'
• Producing construction information
• Cost control
• Overseeing the work from team members
• Working with external consultants

Qualifications / Experience

We would like to hear from applicants who have worked on housing projects who are proficient with AutoCAD. You should be able to run multiple projects and have a through understanding of construction legislations.
