Senior Architectural Technologist (Outside IR35) - Bristol - Interview slots available

Contract Duration: 12 Month contract (with potential for extension)

Our award-winning client is looking for a highly experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their technical team on a 12-month contract. This role offers very flexible working (2 days in office) and would be ideal for someone based in Bristol or within a reasonable commute to assist with complex schemes.

The role offers the opportunity to work on a range of challenging and high-profile international projects across multiple sectors, ensuring your skills are pushed to new heights.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Produce detailed technical drawings using Revit at Stage 4 for large-scale, complex projects
  • Provide independent and expert support to Project Architects & Associates.
  • Liaise directly with external contractors, MEP teams, civil/structural engineers, and other design consultants.
  • Contribute to the delivery of large healthcare and pharmaceutical projects with intricate technical and regulatory requirements.
  • Apply your extensive Revit experience to enhance the team’s BIM workflows and technical accuracy.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience as an Architectural Technologist, with a particular focus on healthcare and pharmaceutical projects but not essential.
  • Expertise in using Revit for Stage 4 technical drawings; experience with BIM workflows is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of complex, large-scale project requirements, particularly in healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors (again not essential).
  • Proven ability to work independently and confidently in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience liaising with both internal teams and external consultants and contractors.
