Senior Associate – Restructuring & Insolvency– Oxford or London with hybrid working

Role
- Whilst the the Restructuring & Insolvency Team is part of the wider Commercial Disputes Resolution team, it is not solely contentious
- The R&I Team have a varied and wide-ranging practice in relation to both corporate entities and individuals
- The work does include a significant amount of advisory work, both preventative and within restructuring and insolvency processes. Please note, it is not necessary that you will be experienced in all advisory areas but must be willing to learn
You
- A confident and experienced senior associate who is committed to providing the best and most efficient possible service to clients, and is looking for an opportunity to help grow a team and mentor and bring the best out of junior lawyers and paralegals.
- Excellent technical knowledge of and familiarity with contentious and non-contentious insolvency and restructuring law, and a genuine enthusiasm for the practice area and how it will develop in the future.
- Ability to act for a very broad range of clients including insolvency practitioners, corporate entities, directors and shareholders, in addition to individuals in relation to personal insolvency
