OverviewLead all aspects of technology, security, and synchronised audits for the global audit programme. The role involves guiding co-source partners to deliver the Technology assurance plan. You will collaborate with key partners, in particular Technology leaders, to identify key risks, assess how risks are being managed and identify solutions that will genuinely improve the business. Coverage includes Tesco's Technology environment: IT-related processes, transformation & change, IT service providers, information security, technology infrastructure, and privacy.The success of Senior Audit Manager - Technology is measured by the ability to lead large-scale, complex assurance programmes, deliver actionable insights and independent assurance to a consistently high standard, and be a motivator for change in the business.ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of technology, security, and synchronised audits for the global audit programme.Direct our co-source partners to deliver the Technology assurance plan.Collaborate with key partners, particularly Technology leaders, to identify key risks, assess risk handling, and propose solutions that genuinely improve the business.Cover all areas of Tesco's Technology environment, including IT-related processes, transformation & change, IT service providers, information security, technology infrastructure, and privacy.Deliver large-scale, complex assurance programmes, provide actionable insights and independent assurance to a high standard, and motivate change in the business.Qualifications / ExperienceExtensive internal technology audit experience, including Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).Proven experience leading internal audits of large companies and teams, with ability to handle sophisticated technical matters.Experience in co-source direct management.Proven innovation and change experience.Understanding of governance and compliance requirements in large, complex organisations; retail experience preferred.Experience of audit and advisory in a wide variety of technology and security topics in a lead auditor capacity; Cyber Security experience preferred.Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills; experience delivering assurance with PowerBI, Tableau and Alteryx preferred.Qualifications: CISA, CISSP, CIPP/E, CISM, ISO or other relevant technology and security qualifications.What's in it for youWe're all about the little helps.
