Benefits Specialist Role

The One Group has an exciting opportunity to work within a benefits team for a global company that is a leader in the financial services industry.

This is an initial 4-month contract with the potential for extension.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of UK benefits, with beneficial but not mandatory knowledge of EU benefits.

The role involves being a central contact for daily UK and EU benefits operations, contributing to strategic design and implementation of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives, handling benefit inquiries, leading project plans within deadlines, ensuring compliance and accuracy, maintaining effective stakeholder and consultant relationships, and analyzing data to develop business offerings.

Requirements include at least 4 years of experience in a benefits role, the ability to work independently, a suitable work-from-home setup, and personal IT equipment (minimum laptop).

A DBS check will be required and reimbursed.

Work hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. This is a fully remote position.
