The Role

We’re looking for a highly driven Senior Brand Manager to lead the execution of our brand strategy, shaping how our brand shows up across campaigns, collaborations, and channels. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, culture, and commerce. You’ll translate brand vision into distinctive campaigns and social storytelling that build awareness, drive engagement, and deliver results. Working closely with Creative, PR, and Performance Marketing, you’ll lead brand marketing, partnerships, and organic social, ensuring our brand feels consistent, contemporary, and commercially robust across every touchpoint.

About You

  • 5+ years’ experience in brand management, marketing
  • Proven track record in delivering brand campaigns that build awareness and drive growth.
  • Experience leading organic social and influencer strategy, ideally within a design-led or lifestyle brand.
  • Exceptional creative judgment and understanding of social storytelling, design, and cultural relevance.
  • Strong leadership skills — able to manage, mentor, and inspire a social media executive.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, contracts, and KPIs.
  • Confident communicator, able to influence and align diverse teams around a shared brand vision.

What you’ll do

Brand Strategy & Planning

  • Execute the brand strategy across key moments — seasonal campaigns, collaborations, and product launches.
  • Partner with Creative, PR, and Range teams to build a unified brand calendar that aligns storytelling with commercial goals.
  • Conduct trend and competitor research to identify cultural and creative opportunities that inform brand direction.
  • Champion brand consistency across all visual, written, and experiential outputs

Brand Campaign Development & Execution

  • Lead brand campaign planning — from concepting through to delivery across owned and earned channels.
  • Build clear briefs for Creative, Content, and Performance teams, ensuring brand and commercial objectives are measurable and aligned.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder updates throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, sharing learnings and insights to improve future activity.

Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Own the brand and commercial success of design partnerships and collaborations.
  • Manage partner onboarding, creative development, contracts, and post-launch performance reviews.
  • Build long-term partnership strategies that strengthen brand positioning and deliver incremental growth.
  • Support PR and Comms in leveraging collaborations for awareness-driving opportunities.

Organic Social & Influencer Marketing

  • Lead organic social strategy across all channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) to drive community growth and engagement.
  • Manage the Social Media Executive, providing creative and strategic direction, feedback, and development support.
  • Work with the creative and content teams to plan and execute a dynamic, brand-led social calendar — balancing campaigns, community storytelling, and always-on content.
  • Oversee influencer and creator strategy — from discovery and relationship management to briefing, gifting, and campaign execution.
  • Analyse social and influencer performance, identifying trends and insights to inform strategy.
  • Ensure brand tone, aesthetic, and messaging are consistent and culturally relevant across all social content.

Press, PR & Brand Communications

  • Partner with PR and Communications teams to craft compelling storytelling angles for press and brand moments.
  • Support with brand ambassador and influencer-led activations, ensuring synergy between earned and owned activity.
  • Represent the brand voice externally, ensuring alignment between creative expression and brand intent.
  • Manage brand and campaign budgets, ensuring efficient and high-impact use of resources.
  • Report on brand performance, campaign ROI, and social growth metrics.
  • Support leadership with annual brand planning and forecasting.
