Overview

Senior Building Surveyor / Perils Project Manager role for a portfolio of Perils (fire, flood, storm etc) claims on a project managed basis for properties (listed buildings, stately homes etc). The role involves handling claims from a home-based setup and working across Hampshire / South Coast as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Perils (fire, flood, storm, etc.) claims on a project managed basis for properties (listed buildings, stately homes, etc.).
• Operate from home and coordinate across multiple sites as required in Hampshire / South Coast.
• Demonstrate leadership and a proactive, professional approach to project managed loss adjusting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years prior Project Managed Loss Adjusting experience.
• Ability to demonstrate leadership / managerial skills; market recognition for work is advantageous; ability to leverage connections is welcome but not essential.
