- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, and technical leads to ensure clarity of scope and objectives.
- Capture, analyse, and document business, operational, and systems requirements for new functionality, integrations, and process improvements.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to define customer journeys, use cases, and end-to-end business processes.
- Translate requirements into functional, technical, data, and integration specifications.
- Assess upstream and downstream impacts of proposed changes, proactively highlighting risks and dependencies.
- Experience with platforms such as Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Field Service is a must have.
- Experience working within the telecommunication industry is a must have.
- Proven experience in a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst role, ideally in a technology-led environment is a must have.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills with a structured approach to problem-solving is a must have.
- Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile delivery environments is a must have.
- Experience with Netadmin
- Previous CRM integration experience with Uswitch.
- Familiarity with retail customer onboarding, provisioning, or operational support workflows.
