Senior Business Analyst (Salesforce/Telco)

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with experience in Salesforce and the telecommunications industry for a hybrid contract role based in Kent. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering Salesforce solutions, ideally with experience integrating Salesforce with Uswitch and digital ecommerce within telco domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, and technical leads to define scope and objectives.
  2. Gather, analyze, and document requirements for new functionalities, integrations, and process improvements.
  3. Facilitate workshops to define customer journeys and business processes.
  4. Translate requirements into technical specifications.
  5. Assess impacts of changes, highlighting risks and dependencies.

Essential Skills:

  1. Experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Field Service.
  2. Industry experience in telecommunications.
  3. Proven Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience in a tech environment.
  4. Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  6. Experience with Netadmin and CRM integration with Uswitch.
  7. Knowledge of retail customer onboarding and operational workflows.

This role offers a daily rate of £550 outside IR35, with hybrid working and infrequent travel to site. The position is mid-senior level, full-time contract.
