The Senior Business Analyst will conduct Business Analysis-related project work, support the Lead BA with Portfolio management, coach, mentor, and quality assure BA's work within the portfolio. Working with the Business areas within their domain to identify & define opportunities for improvement and deliver change successfully.
What you'll be doing as a Senior Business Analyst
- Build strong relationships and communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders.
- Manage risks related to analysis deliverables and the overall requirements of projects or programs.
- Maintain a customer-centered approach, working closely with business areas and Business Analysts to identify opportunities, guide, challenge preconceptions, and foster collaboration.
- Support Project Leads and teams in prioritization and decision-making.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the community, promoting agile principles and cultural change.
- Act as escalation point for Business Analysts and stakeholders, facilitating discussions for resolution.
- Provide Quality Assurance for Business Analyst deliverables.
- Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Base location: Hybrid, 2 days a week in the office at Clear Water Court, with some travel to sites as needed.
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week.
What you should bring to the role
- BCS Diploma or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in digital business analysis projects.
- Portfolio management experience for incoming project ideas.
- Experience managing teams of Business Analysts.
- Coaching and mentoring skills.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly at all organizational levels.
- Stakeholder management skills.
