What you’ll do:

• Lead business analysis across key projects
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Support change management and stakeholder engagement

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years leading Business Analysts
• Strong experience in process optimisation
• Skilled in Agile & Waterfall methodologies
• Proficient in Visio, MS Office, and BA tools
• Bonus: BA certification, Prince2, Lean/Six Sigma
