We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst responsible for working independently or leading a team of business analysts in the identification and articulation of business problems and opportunities, to facilitating the definition of suitable functional solutions to address the current state. Co-ordinating the engaging of all relevant stakeholders in the gathering, analysis, and creation of business requirements, the engineering and translating of requirements into product specifications, functional and non-functional requirements that will inform the creation of solutions that address the initial scenario. Then operating as part of the delivery team to facilitate the business implementation and acceptance of change.

Also responsible for the mentoring of programme or project focussed Business Analysis teams to co-ordinate team effort to achieve the required outcomes in the most effective way. At the same time providing coaching, mentoring and development for less experienced business analysts.
