We are seeking a high-performing life sciences commercial leader to join our global team and lead strategic growth across key markets.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive strategic growth in your top accounts and region, identifying and securing new business opportunities with pharmaceutical, biotech, and CRO partners.
- Build trusted client relationships with senior decision-makers in Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, and R&D.
- Lead the full commercial cycle—from prospecting to pitching, proposal design, and deal closure.
- Translate client needs into tailored, impactful solutions that integrate Clariness’ recruitment, retention, and real-world evidence offerings.
- Deliver a consistent flow of high-quality proposals, leveraging internal resources and collaboration with delivery teams.
Qualifications
- Proven strategic sales & account executive experience with 7+ years in life sciences, ideally in patient recruitment.
- Expert in selling into Clinical Operations or similar functions, with a network of senior-level contacts, ideally in patient recruitment.
- Formally trained in a consultative sales methodology (e.g., Sandler, Miller Heiman, Challenger).
- Proactive, strategic, persistent, and able to build something from the ground up.
- Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated by impact, autonomy, and innovation.
