We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team to help expand our business. The ideal candidate will be well connected within the region with sportsbooks’ stakeholders and understand the potential and intricacies of esports betting. They should possess both sales and technical backgrounds to engage at the CXO level by discussing the technical advantages of Oddin’s solutions. The candidate should be a self-starter capable of developing long-term strategic relationships with key prospects and accounts, consistently delivering and exceeding revenue targets.

Responsibilities include:
- Acquiring new clients for Oddin’s esports solutions (odds feed, risk management, iFrame)
- Driving revenue by meeting or exceeding targets
- Collaborating with industry partners to establish Oddin as a thought leader in esports
- Creating compelling value propositions focusing on added value
- Managing contract negotiations and fostering customer adoption
- Developing long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
- Suggesting improvements to existing offerings based on client feedback
- Understanding our ecosystem to identify synergies beyond business
- Acting as an evangelist for esports and esports betting
What You Bring to the Table
- Extensive esports or betting expertise, ideally both
- A strong network within sportsbooks’ decision makers (a plus)
- Experience working with top enterprise accounts in a sales capacity
- Location in Asia, Latam (Spanish speaking), or Europe (UK, Malta, Gibraltar)
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach
- Effective communicator with relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
