Our client, a fast-growing Open Banking scale-up that has experienced exceptional growth over the past three years, is seeking an ambitious B2B Business Development Manager to fuel their continued expansion and success.
The client is open to considering candidates across all seniority levels, from specialists to leadership roles. The role can be tailored to fit expertise, whether through strategic oversight or hands-on execution in the sales process.

Your Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the gaming vertical and other low-risk industries (e.g., SaaS, travel, e-commerce) in DACH, Benelux, The UK, The Baltic States, The EU, or The EU.
- Build and nurture relationships with key players in the gaming sector, including publishers and marketplaces.
- Participate in industry events to expand company presence and influence.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and client integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
What We\'re Looking For:
- Proven experience in B2B Business Development within the FinTech sector, particularly in Open Banking or payments.
- Demonstrated success with low-risk merchants (e.g., SaaS, e-commerce) in DACH, Benelux, The UK, The Baltic States, or The EU.
- Warm network of low-risk merchants in one of these regions.
- Fluency in English (C1 level or higher). Russian is a plus.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Salesforce experience is a bonus).
- A highly motivated and results-driven attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
