Senior Business Development Manager - Institutional Sales

Remote (UK/EU). Shape the future of institutional DeFi. Build trusted relationships with the world’s top allocators, own the sales cycle end-to-end, and help bring a first-of-its-kind stablecoin yield platform to market.

No endless cold calling, no vague targets, no “spray and pray.” You’ll work from a named account list, engaging directly with allocators who matter from $50M stablecoin managers to $10B institutions. This is deep, strategic business development, where quality of relationship is everything.

What you’ll do

  • Identify, engage, and close institutional allocators across hedge funds, family offices, treasuries, and HNWIs.
  • Translate stablecoin, custody, and DeFi concepts into simple, client-ready explanations.
  • Build trust with both stablecoin-native allocators and crypto-curious institutions.
  • Partner closely with product and ops to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term retention.

What you’ll need

  • Proven success selling fintech or crypto infrastructure platforms to institutional clients.
  • Strong knowledge of stablecoins (professional or personal).
  • Experience engaging at senior level with CIOs, fund managers, and institutional partners.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, presentations).
  • Bonus: fluency in Swedish, German, French, or Spanish.
