Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to boost revenue and drive sales expansion by identifying, engaging, and acquiring potential clients in a designated region.

Responsibilities

  • Create fresh business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, and coordinating and leading sales presentations.
  • Establish a strong connection between the company's products, services, and value proposition by engaging in meaningful cold conversations with senior IT executives within the assigned territory.
  • Achieve and surpass predefined objectives and performance metrics.

What are you required to have

  • A bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 5 - 7+ years of frontline sales experience, ideally in a fast-paced B2B sales setting, with a proven history of meeting sales objectives.
  • Intellectual adaptability and inquisitiveness: willingness to learn about both the product and the customer, and apply this knowledge to demonstrate and articulate the value proposition of ITRG.
  • Exceptional communication and sales proficiency: ability to convey messages clearly and persuasively to internal and external audiences, including senior executives; demonstrates sales expertise throughout the sales process.
  • Proficient active listening and the ability to respond to customers to enhance mutual understanding.
  • Strong organizational and time management aptitude to oversee diverse sales activities with ongoing prioritization.
  • Persistence and resilience: tenacity in managing the sales process and addressing challenges creatively and effectively.
  • Business savviness: ability to leverage insights into the business landscape and information technology to engage customers.
  • Self-motivation and self-awareness: driven with an understanding of personal strengths and growth areas.
  • Background in an advisory, information, and/or business services organization is a plus.

Language Skills
