We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team to drive business expansion. The ideal candidate will be well-connected within the region, with stakeholders in sportsbooks, and understand the potential and intricacies of esports betting. They should possess both sales and technical expertise to engage with CXO-level stakeholders by discussing the technical advantages of Oddin’s solutions. The candidate must be a self-starter, capable of developing long-term strategic relationships with key prospects and accounts, consistently exceeding revenue targets.

Responsibilities include:
- Onboarding new clients for Oddin's esports solutions (odds feed, risk management, iFrame).
- Driving revenue by meeting or exceeding targets.
- Building Oddin’s reputation as an esports thought leader within the betting industry.
- Creating and articulating compelling value propositions focusing on added value.
- Managing contract negotiations and customer adoption processes.
- Developing long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
- Proposing improvements to existing offerings to meet client demands.
- Understanding our ecosystem position and seeking synergies beyond business.
- Acting as an evangelist for esports and esports betting.
What You Bring to the Table
- Expertise in esports, betting, or ideally both.
- An extensive network of contacts, especially with sportsbook decision-makers, is a plus.
- Experience in direct sales with top enterprise accounts.
- Location in Latam (Spanish-speaking) or Europe (UK, Malta, Gibraltar).
- A passionate self-starter, responsible and proactive.
- Effective communicator, focused on building long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented with a focus on action.
- Feedback-driven, valuing employee and partner input.
