Due to significant growth and strategic expansion, we have been mandated to appoint an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business and accelerate growth across key enterprise clients.

Salary per annum £70K - £80K plus commission - 1 x month in London office

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-value commercial relationships and develop new strategic partnerships with some of the world’s most recognised brands. You’ll engage with senior decision-makers including Sales Leaders, L&D Directors, and HR Heads across large, complex organisations. Your mission is to open doors, navigate multi-stakeholder buying groups, respond to RFPs, and deliver tailored solutions that help clients achieve measurable performance improvement. Deal values typically range from £250,000 to £2 million ARR.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in enterprise-level new business development, ideally within learning solutions, SaaS, or performance improvement services. Ability to sell into large matrix organisations, manage lengthy sales cycles, and deliver competitive pitches. Exposure to e-learning or LMS platforms is advantageous. Ability to craft solutions that combine content and technology. Self-starter with strong commercial acumen, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a track record of exceeding revenue targets.

Benefits and working model

Remote-first working model with occasional travel to London (approximately once a month), plus regular team events and quarterly sales meetings. Package includes a £70,000–£80,000 base salary, 50% bonus (uncapped) with accelerators for multi-year and over-target performance, and genuine opportunities to progress as the business scales globally.
