Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

Contract: Permanent

Workplace: Hybrid – 2 days in office per week in Hemel Hempstead Office

Hours: 35 hours per week

Reports to: Sr. Director, Business Development (Incentives)

We are seeking an experienced and drivenSenior Business Development Managerto lead strategic growth initiatives within the employee benefits sector. This role is instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with HR and C-suite decision-makers and expanding our footprint in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of employee benefits solutions including salary sacrifice and voluntary money saving models.
