We seek a Senior Business Systems Developer to deliver high‑quality Business Systems Solutions in a fast‑paced environment. Job Description
Collaborate with Technical Leads and Software Architects to design and build robust, scalable software solutions. Write clean, maintainable code and apply best practices for quality, performance, and reliability. Support cross‑functional teams through planning, release management, and technical direction. Mentor Junior Developers and champion continuous improvement. Take ownership of technical deliverables and ensure integration with our technology stack. Contribute to code reviews, estimates, risk identification, and documentation. Participate in team ceremonies and release processes. Diagnose and resolve issues in development and production environments. This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in software development and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including API back‑ends and UI front‑end services. Strong technical and architectural knowledge of complex systems. Proven ability to deliver high‑quality, maintainable code with strong problem‑solving skills. Experience mentoring or guiding Junior Developers. Excellent communication skills in both technical and non‑technical contexts. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with release management and quality control processes. Experience with system integration and cross‑team collaboration. Passion for technology, delivery, and continuous improvement. Proficiency with .NET, React, JavaScript, Python, MS‑SQL or PostgreSQL, and cloud‑based microservices.
Additional Information
Develop and maintain business‑critical software systems. Guide and support Junior Software Developers with technical tasks. Collaborate with Software Architects and team leads on technical direction. Review work items, provide estimates, and identify risks. Ensure code quality, performance, and effective logging and testing. Participate actively in team ceremonies and release processes. Drive continuous improvement in development practices. Communicate technical requirements clearly within and across teams. Contribute to planning, documentation, and process governance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development and production environments.
