Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse market trends and consumer insights to inform product development and marketing strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers and suppliers
• Oversee category budgets and financial performance

The Ideal Candidate:

We're seeking an experienced category management professional with a strong track record in the FMCG sector. The successful candidate will possess:

• Proven experience in category management within the personal care or related FMCG industry OR experience working with an Insight Agency
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Commercial acumen and a results-driven approach
• Experience in managing budgets and driving financial performance
• A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Surrey - Hybrid working 2 days office

Package:

£65,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
