There is a significant market opportunity to help existing & new customers achieve their digital transformation goals with the addition of change management and project-based training services.Our Senior Change Management and Training Consultants are encouraged to support the growth of this important line of business and contribute to the evolution of the practice itself by putting forward ideas and innovations to improve either client or colleague benefits.On the job training is provided on the NTT DATA Business Solutions project toolset.Job SummaryAs the Senior Change and Training Consultant you will be responsible for leading and managing change activities confidently across IT led transformation programmes, ensuring that all impacted stakeholders are engaged, supported, and prepared for change. Working with our proven methods for each implementation type you will apply relevant approach for the change activities agreed within the relevant Statements of Work.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesDepending upon the programme you may or may not have supervisory responsibility for other OCM professionals on the programme.Duties/ResponsibilitiesAct as a key member of the project team, working closely with client stakeholders to assist the successful delivery of change initiatives.Apply the OCM methodology to manage and deliver change activities in line with programme objectives to deliver high-quality Business Change deliverables on time, in line with programme plans and statements of work (SOW).Lead stakeholder engagement efforts to ensure alignment and commitment across the organisation.Provide leadership and direction to change teams where required, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery.Provide technical support for Change and Training tools (e.g., Enable Now, WalkMe) when required.Share knowledge and best practices within the wider OCM team to enhance methodologies and approaches.Contribute to business development activities, by providing input and responding to RFP’s, and participating in pre‑sales activities.Support our continuous improvement mindset with recommendations for enhancement or innovation.Typical responsibilities includeAssist in developing and implementing change management strategies to drive adoption of new technologies, processes, and systems.Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to identify scope and areas of resistance.Support creation of communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.Help manage resistance and address concerns by working closely with end‑users and leadership.Training Program Development and DeliveryDesign and develop training materials and documentation for new systems and processes.Deliver training sessions (virtual, in‑person, or blended) tailored to technical and non‑technical audiences.Create and maintain user guides, manuals, and online resources for ongoing support.Assist in developing and managing a Learning Management System (LMS), including course registration, content updates, and feedback collection.Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with project managers, technical teams, and business units to align change and training activities with project objectives.Participate in meetings and workshops to update stakeholders on progress and outcomes.Provide feedback and recommendations to improve change management and training processes.Measurement and ReportingAssist in developing KPIs to measure the success of change management and training initiatives.Track and report on the effectiveness of training programs and change activities, identifying areas for improvement.Participate in post‑implementation reviews to assess change adoption and long‑term sustainability.Continuously monitor emerging trends in change management and learning methodologies to keep training materials and strategies innovative and aligned with best practices.Recommend and implement improvements to change and training processes based on client feedback and industry standards.QualificationsIdeally PROSCI or Advanced APMG Change Practitioner.Required Skills / AbilitiesExperienceProven experience in Organisational Change Management (OCM), ideally within large‑scale transformation programs.Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills; able to influence at all levels.Skilled in applying structured change methodologies and adapting them to diverse organisational contexts.Demonstrated ability to assess change impacts, develop strategies, and execute plans effectively.Experience working with AI tools for OCM and training workstreams.SkillsStrong communication and facilitation skills; experienced in developing and delivering change communications and training.Skilled in leading or collaborating within change networks to drive adoption and sustain change.Expertise in leading training for IT implementation programs, including developing training strategies, curricula, and needs analysis.Deep understanding of business processes to analyze interdependencies and advise on process and role impacts.Ability to explain system processes in a clear business context.Strong analytical skills to assess complex situations, identify root causes, and create innovative solutions during change initiatives.Familiar with AI tools and experienced in supporting customers with AI adoption.Personal AttributesComfortable working in fast‑paced, complex environments with multiple stakeholders.Proactive and solutions‑focused;
