The Position

  • This is a first-on-the-ground position, offering significant autonomy and responsibility. While the company has sold into the UK and Ireland (UK&I) and EMEA for several years, this is a standalone position within the Channel, Partner, and Alliances function based in the UK. You will be supported by a surrounding GTM and Tech team, both in London and across Europe.
  • The successful candidate will inherit a select portfolio of high-profile accounts to nurture, but the majority of the role will focus on winning new business.
  • The UK&I, Benelux, Nordics, and Southern + Eastern Europe represent a vast white space opportunity, and this hire will be instrumental in expanding the company’s market presence, scaling their partner ecosystem, and accelerating growth. The position is not limited by industry verticals — it has the flexibility to sell into all types of enterprise customers, regardless of sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell a suite of - Enterprise Grade: Identity Access Managment (IAM), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Crypto Agility Solutions, Cloud Infrastructure
  • New Logo Acquisition – Drive the majority of activity towards identifying, developing, and closing net-new enterprise business via Channel, Partner and Alliances
  • Account Growth – Inherit and expand a small set of existing flagship accounts, building long-term strategic value.
  • Partner-Led Sales – Engage and enable alliances, VARs, MSSPs, and GSIs to co-sell and scale opportunities across the region.
  • Regional Development – Shape the go-to-market in across Europe (but not DACH), building pipeline and market share in a largely untapped territory.
  • Channel Relationships – Build trusted relationships with local partners to increase coverage and accelerate deals.
  • Customer Engagement – Establish credibility with senior executives and stakeholders, positioning solutions as strategic to their objectives.
  • Sales Discipline – Deliver accurate forecasts, maintain strong pipeline coverage, and manage activity in CRM systems.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with SDRs, solution engineers, marketing, and leadership to maximise success in the region.

Required Experience

  • Expertise in Enterprise Grade - Identity Access Managment, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Crypto Agility Solutions, Cloud Infrastructure
  • A minimum of 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience, exceeding over 1M YoY for the past 4+ years
  • Proven success driving new business sales, ideally in greenfield or underdeveloped regions.
  • Experience working through channel and alliance partners to scale revenue.
  • Strong track record of engaging C-suite executives and multi-stakeholder decision-makers.
  • Experience closing subscription or multi-year agreements.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: confident operating with autonomy as the first sales hire in the region.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDIC / MEDDPICC) is advantageous.
