What We’re Looking For Qualifications : You’ve achieved your Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Children and Young People’s Workforce. Experience : You’ve worked with children in residential care or similar settings and know how to navigate challenging behaviours like a pro. Whether you’re an experienced Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant, or simply ready for a fulfilling challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
