We are currently seeking a Senior Client Change Manager to join our team.
The purpose of the role is to provide dedicated support to key clients in response to Client Initiated Change Requests. The Senior Manager will be accountable for the overall portfolio of change, including prioritization, planning, and delivery of client changes for assigned SSv clients, as well as managing team members.
- Ensure proactive management of client change request delivery through direct liaison and coordination with clients at senior levels and internal HSBC teams including Product, Client and Account Management, IT, Platform, Testing, PMO, and Operations.
- Maintain a holistic view of all change requests for the client, managing across IT, Client Change & Onboarding, Account Management, and Service Delivery teams.
- Ensure consistent governance within the CCM team via regular reporting, financial control, RAID management, stakeholder and resource management, and other controls throughout the change request cycle.
- Build key relationships with internal SSv stakeholders to ensure the CCM team is aware of the workload and has plans to deliver within project parameters.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Extensive experience in a client-facing role or industry operating at a senior level.
- Experience in Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Custody, or Investment Management is essential.
- Understanding of a complex Operations environment, including current mandatory regulations.
- Disciplined project management experience managing multiple parallel projects with robust governance standards, including cost management.
- Experience negotiating and influencing external clients, stakeholders, and regulators.
- Experience managing client-facing and project delivery teams.
The role offers a hybrid working pattern, allowing for both home-based and office-based work from HSBC offices in London.
