What you’ll do

The Senior Client Manager manages a series of client accounts. They have a deep understanding of their client’s business and challenges, partnered with a strong understanding of brand and Landor’s capabilities, to enable client satisfaction and profitable business growth.

  • Manages a series of client accounts that are part of a larger portfolio
  • Has an excellent and comprehensive understanding of the client and their business
  • Confidently talks to all of Landor’s capabilities and uses this knowledge to seek ways to grow existing business and add value to other new business pursuits
  • Writes clear, compelling project proposals and scopes of work
  • Partners and effectively supports all departments to ensure delivery of on‑time, high‑quality deliverables that address all relevant prospective client requirements
  • Communicates findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner in written, oral and presentation forms
  • Leads regular client status calls and manages client status reporting
  • Ensures all correspondence, materials, presentations and proposals seen by prospective and existing clients are error‑free, of highest quality, relevant to the client’s business challenges, and reflective of Landor’s brand
  • Is accountable for delivering all agreed‑upon projects, on time, on budget, and on scope
  • Stays in close contact with resource management and the Business Director (or Client Director) to ensure projects are resourced adequately, in alignment with scope and budget
  • Works with Client Leader to address and resolve pricing, payment and scope creep challenges
  • Works with Finance Team on finance reporting, invoicing, debt collection, timesheet completion, budget management, and proactive management of forecast and revenue for clients
  • Provides backup and archiving of key client deliverables, credentials, and case histories

What you’ll need

  • Experience in a similar role within a brand consultancy, advertising agency, business consultancy or similar
  • Comfortable managing stakeholders at varying levels up to brand manager level
  • Excellent project management and relationship building skills, but respectful of and comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Strategic thinker – confident when inputting into strategic creative work, through the lens of the client’s brief, enabling them to input and recommend clear next steps and actions
  • Appetite for understanding the Landor offer, for new information, new business and new ideas
  • Financially savvy – can articulate and understand financial goals for the business and for team members
  • Capable of motivating and encouraging junior team members
