The Senior Clinical Data Manager role involves managing the full cycle of Clinical Data Management tasks, including leading studies, creating eCRFs, data cleaning, and study close-out activities. You will work collaboratively with Clinical Data Managers, Data Coordinators, Statistical Programmers, and others.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide CDM leadership for projects, acting as the main client contact
• Lead complex studies, manage timelines and priorities
• Oversee vendor contracts, resources, budgets, and vendor performance
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Ensure consistency with industry standards like CDASH and SDTM
• Guide external and internal teams to deliver quality data
• Manage risks and resolve issues proactively
• Mentor colleagues and lead operational activities

Your Profile

• Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or related field; certifications preferred
• 8+ years in clinical data management, with sponsor management and mentoring experience
• Experience leading studies in CRO/Pharma settings
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of clinical trial processes, data management, and systems
