What the Data Management department does at Worldwide


Our Data Management team is a diverse, collaborative group involved in clinical studies from start to finish—crafting databases to delivering final datasets. We ensure data accuracy and integrity for regulatory submissions. Opportunities include roles for data support staff, database and SAS programmers, coders, and functional leads, supporting personal growth and professional development.

What you will do


  1. Manage assigned data management projects and provide leadership to the team.
  2. Represent WCT in dealings with Sponsors regarding Data Management aspects.
  3. Coordinate with the Director, Data Management to discuss progress and issues.
  4. Train staff for assigned projects, including supervision and development.
  5. Ensure operations comply with WCT SOPs and contribute to SOP improvements.
  6. Create and review project documentation such as Data Management Plans and Files.
  7. Conduct QC checks and database quality assessments on clinical databases.

What you will bring to the role


  1. Computer literacy and adaptability to various systems.
  2. Excellent attention to detail and ability to question data validity.
  3. Ability to train and monitor new staff performance.

Your experience


  1. Degree in Life Science, Nursing, or relevant industry experience.
  2. Experience in Data Management or related fields.
