We’re partnering with a leading global technology company in the search for an experienced Senior Communications Manager to join their international team. This role will focus on supporting employee comms and other HR-related communications across multiple global regions, including EMEA and APAC.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver proactive communication strategies for employee benefits and rewards programs that align with business goals.
• Create and edit a wide range of engaging content including newsletters, talking points and digital assets.
• Partner with HR, Rewards and Compensation teams to identify and meet communication needs across regions.
• Collaborate with regional communications teams to ensure messaging is localised and relevant.
• Monitor and report on content performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Background:

• Prior experience in employee/internal communications within dynamic, high-tech environments.
• Proven success in crafting communication strategies that support international benefits and rewards initiatives.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with experience across multiple digital and multimedia channels.
• Confident user of generative AI tools to enhance communication reach and effectiveness.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, build consensus and manage multiple priorities in a global matrixed organisation.

This is a 12 month mat cover role, start date asap.
