Overview

Are you an experienced practitioner looking to join a dedicated team? We believe that older people should feel valued and be treated with dignity and respect. Our team works with service users to support recovery and improve health and wellbeing, providing bespoke care planning to meet individual needs and wishes in organic and functional health. We value growth and development through collaboration and continuous learning.

Note: This is a community-based role. The successful candidate will need a full UK driving licence and access to their own car.

Main duties

Older peoples nursing can be complex, particularly in care for patients with dementia, requiring skills across mental health care. This diverse team enables collaborative, high-quality, integrated care.

As part of the role, you will work towards delivering patient-centred care and evidence-based practice within a broad mental health and older people care context.
