Direct message the job poster from Enfuse Group | B CorpTalent Acquisition Manager | Scaling Teams in High-Growth Organisations | Employer Brand | DE&I | Workforce PlanningWe are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Operational Intelligence team – a practitioner who can run end-to-end deliveries of AI and automation solutions, from shaping opportunities in pre-sales through to hands-on execution and adoption. This is a hybrid role that blends consulting, delivery, and enablement: shaping solutions with clients, leading delivery squads, and helping fellow Enfusers embed AI into their own work.You’ll bridge business strategy and next-gen technology — designing and delivering intelligent workflows, orchestrated automations, and AI-enabled operating models that drive measurable business outcomes.ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & DeliveryLead end-to-end AI & automation programs: discovery, design, build, test, deployment, and adoption.Translate strategy into working AI/automation solutions (e.g., RPA, IDP, conversational AI, agentic orchestrations, low-code workflows).Run client workshops and assessments, linking automation and AI to measurable KPIs and business value.Act as solution lead in client engagements: accountable for delivery quality, timelines, and value realisation.Ensure change management and adoption, embedding governance, training, and ways of working.Solutions Strategy & Go-to-MarketSupport pre-sales and bids: solution blueprints, demo builds, PoCs, ROI models, and executive pitches.Shape and evolve our consulting offerings — packaging accelerators, use case libraries, and intelligent operating model frameworks.Internal Capability GrowthChampion AI adoption inside Enfuse: help consultants adopt copilots, automation tools, and AI best practices in daily work.Build and maintain internal IP: delivery playbooks, accelerators, reusable components, and Enfuse Knowledge Graph contributions.Share lessons from client projects to strengthen our AI-first consultancy model.Lead agile delivery squads of consultants, engineers, and client teams.Coach junior consultants in automation delivery, technical build, stakeholder engagement, and solution adoption.Foster a culture of human + AI teaming, showing how to work effectively with AI copilots and automation assistants.Requirements3+ years in consulting or delivery, with hands-on exposure to automation and AI build/delivery.Familiarity with platforms such as UiPath, MS Power Platform, Appian, Celonis, SAP Signavio, Make, n8n, CoPilot Studio.Ability to bridge business strategy and technical delivery, engaging C-level execs and delivery teams alike.Excellent facilitation and storytelling skills — from discovery workshops to boardroom pitches.Sector experience in Travel & Transport, Retail & Hospitality, Public Sector, or Higher Education.Knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, or Customer Operations transformations.Experience with agentic AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., multi-agent workflows, copilots).Background in change management, governance, or adoption frameworks.Don’t have all the required skills?Not to worry!
