OverviewJoin to apply for the Senior Consultant - Global Client Success role at Ebiquity plcDepartment: Client Success - Global UK and IrelandEmployment Type: Permanent - Full TimeLocation: UKThe Senior Consultant is a pivotal role in the Client Success community, supporting in the delivery of digital ‘best-in-class’ insights & actionable learnings regarding advertisers’ media investment. The Senior Consultant will also help in the development of digital investment best practices within Client Success. The Senior Consultant will work with other Client Success specialists as part of a team managing a defined set of global clients with expectation to grow & develop existing relationships as well as acquiring new ones. You will, at the appropriate time, assume leadership of an agreed cohort of clients, however the main focus will be on digital investment insight advice but in the long-run there will be an expectation that the Senior Consultant can talk about all media channels.The Senior Consultant may also have pastoral and developmental responsibilities for any junior members of the team.ResponsibilitiesDelivery of high-quality insights: Deliver best-in-class, value-add advice to your clients across the digital portfolio of solutions; ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations; craft the narrative for client presentations using data to provide storytelling; provide answers to the “So what?” and “Why?” questions; become a superuser of internal reporting platforms to lead the delivery and presentation of high-quality storytelling; help deliver a range of additional consultative work and local-specific solutions to clients (e.g. retail media, search, streaming TV); stay updated regarding the competitive marketplace of the client and the media industry overall.Growing the businessSupport profitable revenue growth across an agreed set of clients and maintain/build client stakeholder relationshipsAcquire and maintain a full understanding of Ebiquity’s product and solutions suiteAssist in cross-selling other Ebiquity disciplines such as Marketing Effectiveness and Contract Compliance service linesProject manage client deliverables to time and budget; understanding of Asana softwareSupport senior members with management tasks such as monitoring team performance, project progress, and KPIs to identify areas for improvementCommunication and collaborationFoster a positive cultural environment and strong collaboration within the Client Success teamBuild strong internal relationships with specialist stakeholders and functional services stakeholdersBe a role model for junior team members; actively support their development via coaching and mentoringSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseYou are an expert media practitioner with at least 4 years relevant experience and fully conversant in digital media.Good media knowledgeStrong track record of client delivery and meeting client expectationsAbility to have difficult conversations with agencies around Ebiquity’s deliverablesClear communication and presentation skillsAgility and flexibility to keep internal stakeholders aware of account activityAbility to navigate client internal politics and ways of workingAbility to use data to tell a storyMeasures of SuccessBuild and develop client relationships; be a point of contact for digital-specific questions/problemsClient satisfaction and retentionAbility to work with the agency to deliver the final outputAbility to articulate digital solutions and benefits to internal and external stakeholdersBenefitsWe are a global fast-growing company offering opportunities to develop your skill set and career.
