Senior Consultant – Global Market Access & Pricing Strategy (Remote / London HQ)

A rare opportunity to join a people‑first, forward‑thinking Global Market Access & Pricing Consultancy.

This innovative Healthcare Consulting Group combines scientific rigour with strategic insight to help pharma and biotech clients achieve real‑world market access success. With a collaborative, low‑ego culture, low staff turnover, and clear career progression pathways, this is a firm where people genuinely thrive.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver high‑impact insights through global pricing and market access strategy projects.
  • Conduct secondary research and deep‑drive analysis into disease areas, treatment pathways, payer landscapes and reimbursement environments.
  • Lead qualitative and quantitative research — from survey design and 1:1 payer interviews to advisory boards and workshops.
  • Translate evidence into actionable strategies that drive client success across HTA, pricing and reimbursement.
  • Develop compelling payer communication materials — from value dossiers and slide decks to training toolkits.
  • Own projects end‑to‑end: proposal writing, project management, budget tracking, reporting, and client presentations.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal best practice, training, and thought leadership.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Market Access, ideally within a consultancy setting.
  • Deep understanding of pricing and reimbursement pathways in key global markets (EU4, UK, US).
  • Solid grasp of HEOR and value‑based pricing concepts.
  • Proven track record in qualitative and quantitative payer research and pricing analysis.
  • Strong writing and visual communication skills — able to turn complex data into clear, persuasive stories.
  • Confident client communicator with leadership potential and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience in proposal writing, pitching, or line management a plus.

Example projects include:

  • Developing access pathways and reimbursement strategies for launch.
  • Shaping payer environments to recognise broader elements of value.
  • Crafting compelling global payer value communication and evidence plans.
