The Evident AI Index forms the basis of our benchmarking products, which help companies to understand their ranking in relation to peers and to accelerate their AI strategy. The Client Services team, sitting at the core of Evident’s value proposition to clients, is responsible for delivering bespoke benchmarking analysis to clients and shaping the strategy of our benchmarking products.

The Role
We are seeking individuals who are interested in working with C-Suite decision makers at the world’s largest financial institutions to shape group-wide AI strategy.
In this role, you will provide cutting-edge insights on where to deploy AI to maximise value. You’ll be instrumental in shaping a client’s journey to AI maturity, whilst also feeding into shaping Evident’s own strategy and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Briefing the most senior AI leaders at financial institutions across the globe on how their organisations’ AI maturity compares to market leaders and peers
Developing bespoke benchmarking analysis for clients, applying analytical rigour to interpreting data and developing insights
Maintaining expert points of view on how AI is being deployed in financial services, including up to date knowledge of how AI is generating meaningful impact and the capabilities that must be in place to enable value creation at scale
Facilitating sessions with a range of stakeholders at financial institutions to provide guidance on initiatives related to enhancing AI readiness, deployment and results
Informing the evolution of Evident’s existing products and development of new offerings with subject matter expertise and client feedback
Core Skills
3+ years of experience in strategy consulting and/or financial services
Experience working on AI strategy / implementation with banks or other financial institutions
Proven experience in producing strategic, analytical content for clients
Ability to proactively identify client opportunities to deliver exceptional value to clients
Exhibit attention to detail and organisation - able to manage multiple clients and deadlines in parallel
Proven experience of working effectively with a range of cross-functional team members
Eagerness to take on ownership without being asked
Communicate concisely and effectively, in writing and verbally
Nice to have
Knowledge of / experience with AI use in large organisations
Experience with BigQuery, Tableau and/or other data visualisation tools
