It’s an ideal role for an experienced editor or senior content leader who has worked in a complex, matrixed or professional services environment and thrives on improving content quality, team capability, and operational excellence.

How you will create impact :

Lead editorial excellence by acting as the senior editor for global and divisional marketing content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, consistency, and strong storytelling across campaigns, reports, digital channels, and leadership material.

  • Develop and coach the content team, providing editorial guidance, structured feedback, and training to build capability and confidence across English- and German‑speaking writers.
  • Oversee content workflows and quality control, managing resourcing, reviewing key materials, and ensuring timely delivery against priorities.
  • Strengthen content governance by refining tone‑of‑voice guidelines, editorial standards, templates, and approval processes across marketing and the business.
  • Embed modern content practices, integrating AI‑enabled tools and new production approaches to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, digital, and campaign teams to ensure content aligns with brand, messaging frameworks, and campaign objectives.
  • Use SEO and performance insights to refine content focus, improve discoverability, and inform continuous improvement.
  • Support content creation for flagship projects as needed, applying expert editing and narrative shaping to high‑impact materials.

Your profile :

  • Significant experience as a senior editor, editorial lead, or content manager, ideally within professional services, publishing, or a matrixed B2B environment.
  • Exceptional editing and writing skills, with strong judgment and the ability to mentor and upskill others.
  • Experience leading and developing content teams and building editorial capability.
  • Comfortable operating in a partner‑led, stakeholder‑heavy environment, advising confidently on narrative and content decisions.
  • Hands‑on experience leveraging existing tools and integrating AI tools and workflows into content creation, editing, and optimization for long‑term efficiency and quality gains.
  • Sound understanding of SEO principles, digital content formats, and performance analytics.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to balance strategic oversight with hands‑on editorial involvement.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; written and spoken German preferred.

What we offer :

  • Work within a corporate culture defined by our entrepreneurial spirit, openness, and integrity.
  • Broaden your perspective with our extensive training curriculum and learning opportunities.
  • Push your development with support from our holistic feedback and development processes.
  • Hybrid work, mixing your work location between our London office and the option to remote work for an element of your time.
  • Enjoy our range of benefits and our focus on your wellbeing.
