About Comparesoft and the Senior Content & Podcast Host Role
Comparesoft is the UK's first AI-driven B2B software marketplace, helping businesses compare and shortlist enterprise software—hence the name Comparesoft.
Our platform is trusted by organisations such as KPMG, GE, Volvo, Siemens, Invesco, and Barclays, alongside 19,000+ other businesses. We’ve grown 10× in the last five years, driven by data, experimentation, and expert-led content.
The next phase of our journey is to build brand presence across 5 new software categories by combining expert conversations, original insights, and AI-powered content creation.
To help us achieve that, we’re looking for a Senior Content & Podcast Producer — someone who can host expert interviews, produce podcast and video content, and use LLMs (like ChatGPT) to turn insights into high-impact written and social content.
What You’ll Do
- ️ Host podcasts and video conversations with industry experts, practitioners, and thought leaders across our software verticals.
- ✍️ Use AI tools (LLMs) to create and refine content — articles, summaries, and social posts — derived from those expert conversations.
- Distribute and engage — post and comment on LinkedIn, collaborate with specialist media, and amplify every episode or story.
- Turn conversations into structured knowledge — tag, summarise, and shape insights for use in our recommendation engine.
- ⚙️ Experiment continuously — we run over 150 content tests a year; you’ll have full scope to try new formats and measure what works.
- Collaborate with leadership — work closely with our Head of Content and Product Architect to align storytelling with business and product goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Hybrid Creator Mindset: Comfortable hosting podcasts and using AI tools to produce written and visual content.
- Strong Communication Skills: Confident interviewer and clear, concise writer.
- Information‑Led Storytelling: Curious about technology, operations, and how software drives business outcomes.
- Experience: 3+ years in content creation, podcasting, or editorial production. B2B or SaaS experience is a strong plus.
- Execution Speed: Able to move fast, publish frequently, and iterate based on feedback and data.
How You Work
- Creative + Analytical: Blend storytelling flair with data-driven insight.
- ⚡ Fast + Focused: Deliver quality content with startup-level pace.
- Empathetic Communicator: Build strong rapport with experts and team members alike.
- Outcome-Driven: Care about impact — not just activity.
- Experimental: Treat every post, episode, and article as a learning opportunity.
Why Join Us
- Access to Leadership: You’ll work directly with the Founder and CEO.
- Cutting-Edge Tools: Trello, ChatGPT, Ahrefs, Mouseflow, Google Analytics, and more.
- Continuous Learning Budget: Dedicated funds for online training and creative growth.
- Creative Freedom: We encourage smart risks, rapid iteration, and learning from results.
- Pioneering Project: Be part of building the UK’s first AI-powered software recommendation engine.
Our Impact So Far
