Job Description

Position Overview: The Contracts Manager will support the Wind Offshore Project Team, focusing on large-scale offshore wind farm construction projects, managing commercial, financial, and contractual aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and propose all correspondences with commercial, financial, and contractual implications.
• Maintain accurate records of all related correspondences.
• Facilitate contract awareness through sessions, summaries, and interpretations.
• Attend meetings, prepare minutes of meetings, and review materials.
• Contribute to project reports, summaries, and presentations.
• Support claim management processes.
• Collaborate on negotiations of claims, contractual changes, and dispute resolutions.
• Assist in managing change orders with critical implications.
• Provide additional contractual and commercial support as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, commercial, legal, or related fields.
• Experience managing large-scale construction contracts.

Required Characteristics:

• Strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication skills, relationship building abilities.
• Experience in claim management.
• Team player, collaborative, knowledge-sharing attitude.
