Senior Creative Digital Designer - Surrey Agency Central Reigate, Surrey - Hybrid (4 days on site; 1 day WFH) £38,000 - £45,000 depending on experience and portfolio Plus Flexible working hours and other perks Overview You will join a fast-paced design team on a full time, permanent basis. The right candidate will have excellent long term career prospects within the company and will work on a variety of creative projects including brand identity & implementation, campaigns, websites, digital applications, marketing & comms materials, as well as pitches for new clients and mentoring other team members. In addition to a CV, applicants should provide examples of previous work at the time of application. This can be provided as an online portfolio, PDF, or links to previous projects showing a variety of high-quality work. Responsibilities

Produce well thought out and rationalised solutions from concept to creation with a diverse portfolio that demonstrates both creative and strategic thinking. Work within Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma, with a solid foundation in design and UI/UX principles, ensuring work conforms to brand guidelines. Marketing or video production understanding is a plus. Analyze and problem-solve briefs to generate concepts that meet client objectives and execute them effectively and consistently. Respond well to feedback from clients and the creative leads, iterating designs accordingly. Manage multiple projects with strong prioritisation and time management, meeting deadlines and budget expectations while maintaining quality and attention to detail. Lead and collaborate with team members, mentoring junior designers and supporting skill development. Communicate concepts and solutions clearly, both verbally and in writing, to team members, project managers, and clients.
