Senior D365 and Power Platform Developer

This role leads the centralised Microsoft Dynamics, Power Apps and automation service, shaping and delivering process automation and low-code solutions across the organisation. You will ensure maximum value from the Microsoft ecosystem while embedding best-practice standards. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, IT, PMO and business stakeholders, acting as the go-to authority for Dynamics, Power Apps and automation from strategy and solution design through to adoption and support.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the centralised Microsoft Dynamics, Power Apps and automation service.
  • Shape and deliver process automation and low-code solutions across the organisation.
  • Advise on architecture, design, and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solutions.
  • Engage with senior leaders, IT, PMO and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
  • Define and promote best-practice standards for the Microsoft ecosystem and automation.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform development (formal accreditations are a bonus, not essential).
  • Ability to design and deliver practical low-code or automation solutions.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate operational needs into workable technical solutions.
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels to shape and deliver solutions.
  • Exposure to structured change delivery or regulated environments is advantageous.
