Senior Consultant – Dynamics 365 Business Central

UK based | Hybrid Working | up to £85k plus bonus.

We’re hiring a Senior D365 BC Consultant to join a fast-growing consultancy reshaping Microsoft-powered digital transformation. If you're passionate about delivering high-impact ERP solutions and want to make a difference in a supportive, people-first environment — this one’s worth a look.

The Role

• Lead end-to-end D365 Business Central implementations, from discovery to deployment and beyond.
• Facilitate workshops, translate requirements, and configure scalable solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor across finance, supply chain, and operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor others.
• Champion delivery standards and contribute to internal growth.

What You Bring

• 3+ years’ experience delivering Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
• Deep functional knowledge across key modules (Finance, Projects, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Confident in client comms, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Desirable: Power Platform, NAV upgrade experience, and BC certifications.
