Data Analytics Manager - London offices | Hybrid (1-2 days WFH)

This is a Senior opportunity for an experienced Data Analytics and Business Intelligence professional to take ownership of building and leading the Data Analytics & BI function within a growing organisation. This will be a new role, building on a small team and growing out the analytics and BI to support future growth.

The Data Insights Manager will work closely with several internal business units, including marketing and sales, to establish the strategy and roadmap to drive analytics and BI maturity across the business. This person will be hands-on, alongside a small team, in replacing legacy reporting, creating dashboards and building out CRM’s and Data sets using Microsoft based technologies.

Engaging senior stakeholders across various departments is key, using the data to support data driven decision making and improve business growth and sales.

Responsibilities

• Experience designing, leading and delivering Data Insight, Analytics and BI strategies
• Strong understanding of Microsoft data products, Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, SQL
• A background in working with cross-departmental teams translating complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Experience of regulated data environments; Financial services, Professional services or similar

Qualifications

• Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK, and within a commutable distance of their central London offices.
