About the role We’re hiring a Senior Consultant in Data Science & AI to partner with a Principal Consultant on live client projects. From day one you’ll apply your data science expertise to design, build and deploy intelligent solutions that progress from PoC through MVP into Alpha/Beta. This is a client‑facing role, with several days each week onsite, collaborating directly with customers to translate data insights into practical recommendations. Given the sensitivity of many engagements, you must be SC Cleared or SC Clearable (immediately SC Clearable is a firm requirement). What you’ll do

Deliver hands‑on Data Science and Machine Learning solutions in real‑world settings. Build, train and validate models that underpin Proofs of Concept and MVPs. Work closely with clients on‑site, translating data insights into practical recommendations. Support design workshops, testing and solution documentation. Share knowledge and collaborate with the Principal Consultant to develop best practice.

What we’re looking for

Strong foundation in Data Science, Machine Learning and AI engineering. Proficiency with Python and modern data/AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn, etc.). Comfortable working on‑site with clients multiple times per week – building relationships and credibility. Consulting mindset: analytical, inquisitive, adaptable and outcome‑focused. Passion for turning data science theory into real, measurable business value. Must be SC Cleared or SC Clearable – this is a firm requirement.

You’ll be part of a two‑person Data Science & AI delivery squad, doing meaningful, applied work – not theoretical R&D.
