As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making and influencing key business outcomes. Your expertise will help us better understand people everywhere and deliver real impact for our clients and our business.What you'll be doingDesigning and implementing advanced machine learning models to solve real business challenges.Analysing large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and insights that drive strategic decisions.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics solutions into business operations.Optimising the performance of existing models and addressing weaknesses through detailed analysis.Communicating technical findings to stakeholders through clear reports and visualisations.The ideal skills & experienceStrong Python skills, with experience using Git for version control.Strong SQL skills and familiarity with databases such as Redshift, Postgres, or Microsoft SQL Server.Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and applications, including regression, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, and exposure to generative AI or large language models.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, accessible way.What's in it for youFlexible hybrid working25 days leave, 2 days paid for volunteering and life event leaveCompetitive salary and bonus (bonus dependent on role)Company pensionEnhanced parental leaveHealthcare optionsWide range of flexible benefitsWe're not able to offer visa sponsorship or help with relocation support for this role.
