We’re partnered with a fast-growing AI scale-up that’s transforming how field teams work. Their platform is already driving huge productivity gains for global clients — but they’re only scratching the surface. With strong market traction and a healthy sales pipeline, they’re doubling down on AI to unlock even more value (think: predicting delays, preventing stoppages, optimising scheduling).

They’re now looking for a Senior Data Scientist to shape the product vision, build out the AI roadmap, and commercialise cutting-edge ML models. UK remote (with London travel when needed).

Responsibilities

• Driving the long-term AI & data strategy
• Building & deploying computer vision + multi-modal models
• Working with engineers to productionise ML at scale (cloud + edge)
• Influencing stakeholders & turning research into real-world products
• Extensive experience in ML (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
• Strong background in computer vision (YOLO, Faster R-CNN, ViT etc.)
• Experience deploying models into production & on edge devices
• Knowledge of LLMs, RAG techniques, and data ecosystems
• Stakeholder management + team leadership skills

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in ML (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
