Senior Developer - Audio | Up to £60,000 | Fully Remote (UK-Based) + Occasional London Meetups

We're hiring a Senior Developer to lead the charge on audio-focused digital products used across the media and ad-tech space. This is a fully remote role for UK-based engineers, with occasional social gatherings in London to stay connected and collaborative.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing and implementing software solutions using PHP, SQL, and JavaScript
  • Working across both Legacy codebases and newer, modern platforms - balancing stability with innovation
  • Writing automated tests and documentation to support maintainable codebases
  • Mentoring developers and reviewing code to elevate team performance
  • Collaborating with product owners and project managers to deliver high-impact features
  • Driving continuous improvement in development processes and architecture
  • Evaluating emerging technologies and applying strategic thinking to product evolution

Tech Stack & Skills

  • PHP (expert level), Symfony, JavaScript (ES2015+), SQL (T-SQL, MySQL)
  • Object-oriented and domain-driven design
  • Cloud-native architecture, Docker, Git
  • CI/CD pipelines, automated testing
  • Agile/iterative development practices
  • Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and client-facing

What You'll Bring
