Senior Digital Account Manager/Account Director – B2B
Location: Central London (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
About the Role
Premier is recruiting for an award‑winning digital marketing agency to find a new Senior Digital Account Manager/Account Director to support the client teams, B2B client partners and the wider agency brand. You’ll extend the reach and impact of earned, owned, organic (80‑90%), paid media (10‑20%) and boost wider digital content, delivering measurable commercial results.
This is a proactive, hands‑on, strategic role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement digital strategies aligned with client campaigns to drive visibility, education, engagement, and demand generation.
- Run LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other organic and paid social campaigns targeting B2B audiences, optimising for CPL, MQLs, and pipeline impact.
- Build and maintain landing pages and microsites to support client campaigns and internal marketing.
- Own and manage the content calendar.
- Leverage SEO, content syndication, and email marketing to enhance inbound and earned media performance.
- Repurpose media coverage and thought leadership into digital‑ready content across multiple channels.
- Provide campaign reporting and insights using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and ad platform dashboards.
- Participate in strategic discussions to develop integrated campaigns that deliver client impact.
- Stay up‑to‑date on digital marketing trends, B2B buyer behaviours, and emerging tools.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- 4 to 7 years of digital marketing experience within a B2B agency environment.
- Extensive experience driving organic social media content across B2B channels.
- Proven experience repurposing media coverage and thought leadership into engaging and informative digital content.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and Google Ads, B2B funnel metrics, and account‑based marketing.
- Working knowledge of SEO, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and CMS tools (e.g., WordPress).
- Basic design and creative skills for high‑performing campaigns (e.g., Canva, Adobe, or Figma).
- Excellent project management, communication, and client presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience mentoring or line‑managing team members is desirable.

Location & Working Pattern
- Central London office.
- Hybrid working: 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Thursday + 1 flexible day) and 2 days remote.
- First 4 weeks: 4 days in the office for onboarding, 1 day remote.
